Taking the order, paying at the next window and everything was fine until the issue, everyone was friendly and it looked like it would be a pleasant action. At the point where I obviously got handed out the wrong parts, things got weird. In order not to delay the delivery process, I was asked to check the delivery in the parking lot and then knock if necessary (wherever?!?) If something is wrong. So far so good. Now, of all things, the largest and most expensive part of the whole, quite generous order was missing. Up to here everything would still be fine, but BY ALL UNDERSTANDING, even when there is a lot going on - mistakes can happen, the 'appearance' of the employee inside (because I wanted to get the missing part out) did not work at all ... He has his specifications (which, however, do not comply with the General Equal Treatment Act go) and had considerable difficulties in accepting the certificate and the severely handicapped ID. It wasn't important to him that my appearance in the store was necessary in the first place because there was a mistake on his part; any halfway civilized service person would have apologized for it instead of opening a completely unnecessary auxiliary construction site. (Are the employees actually no longer trained in dealing with customers?) Better advertising for the 'royal' competition could hardly have been produced. So if you still want to treat yourself to something unhealthy with proven health problems, you shouldn't waste your precious time and hard-earned money here.

Corona rules were followed ... I placed my order and in a few minutes I got it ... everything was perfect. Staff very friendly.

Order via drive-in, the products were prepared quickly, the staff at the counters were friendly. It is currently prohibited to eat the food in the Mc Donald's car park.

The staff is very nice, the food is always warm and tastes as expected! The drive could possibly be a little better organized, if necessary use the storage space more often so that smaller orders can pass through quickly.

Order was incomplete, 3 burgers were missing but paid for. Sauces and napkins were missing and unfortunately the food was also cold. Sad achievement.

Ordered today via app and again not everything was there. 3 cheeseburgers were missing (4.47 paid for free) and instead of shrimps, chicken fillet tenders were packed, sauces were also partially missing, unfortunately my husband didn't check the bags because there was so much going on in the drive. In addition, the food that arrived at home was also cold. Absolute no go.

Unfortunately, I did not look through my order on the site and many things were not there 😯

Access is not ideal with a van, but feasible, there are enough parking spaces. All current rules of conduct can be observed.

Underground, staff want to sell more than what customers listen to and their wishes are taken into account.

The burgers were carelessly pounded together, and there was no tartar sauce on the burgers either. As a McDrive customer, you could then listen to work colleagues being dragged on during the waiting time and that the garbage should finally be pressed. And friendliness is apparently written in very small letters. So it wasn't my thing there.

Joar ... everyone who was there knows that two stars are rated really nice. A complete order or the full offer is very rare.

We were in the Mcdrive and ordered individually. All well and good. To my surprise, they even packed the order in different bags. So respect for that, but you have to imagine, I order 20 nuggets with 2 BBQ and 1 sour cream. I was so happy. So we drive to the Euronics parking lot where all the cool kids are always standing with their cars and want to see if everything is there. I was looking forward so much to the nuggets with the sauce and of course what is, the SourCreme that I wanted to enjoy was not there. Imagine I had to eat 7 really SEVEN nuggets with no sauce. From then on my day was ruined. Never again SourCreme!

Attention, unfortunately you are not allowed to enter here with every mouth and nose. Paradoxically, the soap in the toilet was empty. That can be done better!

The branch was reasonably full but great attention was paid to keeping the distance from each other and cleanliness.

Very dedicated staff, super clean. The employee at the entrance had everything under control and in view, and it was disinfected immediately. Top!

Everything great. Entrance area with registration, table assignment, ordering, delivery to the table. Attention was paid to cleanliness the whole time. Toilets very clean too. I can stay that way after Corona as well. I felt very comfortable there.

We always like to eat here. Super courteous employees, .. here the customer is still king ... and you can't really say that about all other businesses ... Thanks again to the team, keep it up ..

McDonalds ..... was okay .... because the app didn't work again! Went to the cash register ...... the young man was very nice and did everything we wanted from the app! the food came to the table quickly ..... the potato wedges were really fresh and very hot! 👍

Despite the large number of people, super-friendly and competent employees. Everything worked immediately after ordering from the app. Everything fresh and hot and exactly as ordered. Seldom visited such a good McD.

Food was deserved quickly, but without "love". McSunday all the sauce on one side. McFlurry not mixed, toppings just thrown on top.

They had no Soya milk for coffee or for hot chocolate. If they advertise soya milk then they have to serve it. Bad management and fake advertising campaign.

Had to wait more then 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. How does that even happen

Wanted to like the vegan burger, but it didn't taste as good as beyond meat or impossible burger.

No joke, these signature burgers are the hottest I've ever eaten at McDonalds ... the hammer!
